We were in the market for a new roof. We had 3 companies come out to give us quotes. What made us keep coming back to stratus is that George, the salesman, gave us 3 options, not just one. He explained them in detail. George was very kind and patient. After careful consideration, we choose stratus and we are so happy that we did. When it was time for installation, we had to go out of town. At first I was concerned about having them installing the roof with us being away. But Hector the roof supervisor made me feel at ease. He called upon arriving to my house prior to commencement. Then he made sure to call and keep us informed every step of the way. Any issues he found, he called immediately and explained what he had found, where it was, and what it would take to repair. He and the crew worked efficiently and cleaned up after themselves. When done, he again called and let us know they were finished. We came home to a beautiful new roof! I would recommend Hector and stratus roofing to everyone. Thank you so much Hector for making this process so smooth.

We could not have asked for a better experience from beginning to end. Sergio explained everything that would happen before we began which gave us such peace of mind when hiring Stratus on. Dom was there to ensure that everything went as planned and even followed up to make sure we passed our inspection (which we did, of course). Nolan made sure to walk the house to know exactly where the new gutters would go, and even came back to finish up himself when it rained on his crew forcing them to stop. Overall we are very happy with our experience.

Stratus Roofing did an outstanding job installing a new roof at our home. They were incredibly professional in every way. I had a fairly complicated roof with flat deck areas and also a guest house on my property. They promised they would complete the entire job in two days, and I was a bit skeptical at first. However, their crew worked diligently for two full days and were able to complete the job as promised. They also did an amazing job cleaning up all the debris and nails. I was completely happy and more than satisfied. In addition, they installed new gutters on my home that look perfect with my new roof. I was impressed with their sales team and team leaders on the project. They were very knowledgeable and wonderful to work with.

Stratus Roofing sent a great crew to my home and did an excellent job replacing my roof. They were fast, but provided excellent craftsmanship. I observed the work being done carefully. The results are outstanding. They cleaned up REALLY well after, and left no nails in my yard that I could find. The job looks great, and was done correctly for a fair price. I had 3 options for roofing and decided to use Stratus based on a friend who recently had his roof done, as they say, "word of mouth". Christiaan my estimator was great, he sent me the quote and walked me through the process. One great thing about this company is that their customer service is excellent! They are responsive and truly want to make things right. That is a rarity. When they finished the roof, it was not to my satisfaction, there were many areas that did not look adequate, and I was worried, the company sent out a few of their leads and determined that yes indeed they should fix the issues I was not happy with. They went above and beyond to make sure my roof was fixed properly. I want to give them 5 stars, but I am concerned about areas of the roof that are coming up on the edges of the roof, but I do believe that may be the material and they assured me would correct itself over time with heat, so we shall see. But they also mentioned I could call them, and they would come out and look at it. Christaan was instrumental in helping me with the issues and never once was rude or nasty about it. Everyone was a delight to work with and I would highly recommend this company for roofing needs. They value their customers, are reasonably priced and know how to make a customer feel respected and heard, and not taken advantage of, as I mentioned, a rarity. Thank you all for providing outstanding service! You all deserve a pat on the back, truly. Keep that up, it means A LOT.

I recently had Nate from stratus roofing help me with my gutter needs on my home. The crew was prompt and very professional in their work. Would definitely recommend anyone that is in need of new gutters to call them up to come inspect your home.
